Terms of Service

Quantum Code Technologies provides software development and digital services including website development, mobile app development, custom software systems, brand identity design, poster and template design, search engine optimization, software installation, and system maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing between the client and Quantum Code prior to commencement.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials required for us to perform the services. Delays in providing required information may shift delivery timelines accordingly. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any content, branding, or materials you provide.

Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the final deliverables we create specifically for you transfers to you. We retain the right to use non-confidential project details and outcomes in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used in our work remain subject to their respective licenses.

Pricing is provided in our published packages and in written proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and documented in each engagement agreement.

We perform services using reasonable skill and care and aim to deliver working solutions that meet the agreed specification. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Code's aggregate liability arising from any project is limited to the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for interruptions caused by third-party services, hosting, or infrastructure.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination, and we will deliver any completed deliverables for which payment has been received.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and the effective date will be noted at the top.
